We have a comprehensive knowledge of design, real estate sales, market perceptions and expectations, value propositions and first hand experience staging for ourselves to sell. Our staging furniture and decor is for sale! If a client or future homeowner loves what they see, we will will work with the seller and buyer to provide pricing on their favorite pieces.

We also partner with investors and short term rental landlords to develop and design from purchase to first tenant. This includes AirBNB, VRBO, etc. We also cross promote projects on our social media and are constantly refreshing inventory. This allows us to have new, unique furnishings that align with modern trends and provide the best return on investment for our clients.

Meet the Founder and Principal Designer
Samantha Banyar is renowned for her innovative approach to home staging and interior design. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating inviting spaces, Samantha brings a fresh perspective to every project, ensuring exceptional results that exceed expectations.

She began staging after several requests to furnish "spec homes" and "white models" in luxury apartment communities and new construction homes. Her background and experience in new home construction afforded her the chance to study the psychology of staging and local merchandising.

Samantha has worked with hundreds of homeowners as a Design & Sales Manager for a new construction home builder. She is also a licensed REALTOR and Marketing Manager for a top real estate team in West Chester, PA. Her background cumulated a comprehensive approach that sets her apart from others.
She has witnessed firsthand how properties that have been on the market for a while unfurnished/staged or are under construction and are staged after completion sell instantaneously after being furnished, and for top dollar and record-breaking prices.

Samantha purchased a fixer upper at the shore in 2023 and renovated it to include all new bathrooms, flooring, paint, wall trim, decor and landscaping. After fully decorating it with a coastal cozy chic vibe, the AirBnb rental is profitable and gained $100K in equity in less than a year. As a 5-star rated accommodation, she shares her startup knowledge offering a full blueprint design program with individual investors and landlords.
