Home Decor Exchange offers full service staging solutions, and we have a large inventory of furniture and decor to appeal to today's buyers. Our niche has a certain aesthetic and homes are small to medium sized (~1,500-3,000 square feet). We design based on camera angles, because the first impression is always online, and focus on key rooms (see below).

We currently are not staging occupied homes, and encourage you to shop the self-stage links provided on our blog and soon to be shop.

Pricing includes a consultation, design, hassle-free movers and installation, photography, social media shares, and de-installation once the home is safely pending. 60 day lease term default. Inquire for shorter terms. Month to month is available after initial rental period.
