By giving sellers a clear action plan, it reduces stress while ensuring the home is market-ready. Partnering with a professional stager is a win-win! ​With extensive training and proven experience in home-selling psychology, we understand what buyers look for, how to highlight a home’s best features, and how to minimize distractions. Our objective, expert eye helps homeowners make strategic, cost-effective updates that maximize their home’s appeal and return on investment.​
What’s Included in a Pre-Listing Consultation?
We’ll evaluate every room, focusing on key selling points in these areas: Entryway, Main living areas, Kitchen & dining spaces, Bedrooms & Bathrooms, Curb appeal & outdoor areas, Basement and flex spaces.​We’ll provide expert guidance on furniture placement and cosmetic updates (including paint and layout changes) to showcase the home’s full potential to become "photo ready" and "showing ready".
After the consultation, the homeowner receives a custom staging report with step-by-step instructions and a checklist to prepare their home for a successful sale. ​

This includes the on-site visit, detailed notes, walkthrough approximately 1-2 hours, capturing photos and providing step by step checklist for recommendations. ​​
Accessories-Only Staging ~$300-$1,000
Sometimes a home doesn’t need full furniture staging to look its best. Our Accessories-Only Staging service is designed to enhance spaces that already have the main furnishings in place but need the finishing touches that make a home feel polished, inviting, and photo-ready.

We curate and install a collection of neutral, on-trend accessories that elevate the overall look of the home for professional photography, listing marketing, and buyer showings. These details help create a cohesive style, add warmth, and highlight the home’s best features without overwhelming the existing space.

Pricing includes a consultation, design, hassle-free movers and installation, photography, social media shares, and de-installation once the home is safely pending. 60 day lease term default. Inquire for shorter terms. Month to month is available after initial rental period.
